Welcome to the Spruce Goose Café, a beloved institution in Port Townsend, now with new ownership but the same great traditions. Our café, nestled by the Jefferson County International Airport, has been a community hub and a favorite stop for pilots and locals alike since the 1960s. Known for our delicious homemade pies, soups, and classic diner fare, we pride ourselves on offering a warm and inviting atmosphere.

Hours & Location

The Spruce Goose Cafe is nestled next to the runway at the Jefferson Co International Airport. You can sit on our covered porch and watch the planes come and go while enjoying the best piece of pie on the peninsula, get a delicious burger, salad, or sandwich, or order one of our giant milkshakes for a special treat on a hot summer day.

Because we have a small kitchen, we need a few minutes to switch from breakfast to lunch.

Weekdays: Last breakfast orders must be in by 11:20 a.m., and lunch starts at 11:30 a.m.

Weekends: Last breakfast orders must be in by 11:50 a.m., and lunch starts at 12:00 p.m.

We recommend arriving at least 30 minutes before breakfast ends or 30 minutes after lunch begins for the best experience.

Thanks for understanding while we make the switch!

See you soon!
